Cartier Eliasen is a fashion design student in Paris, France.
Despite growing up in the small town of Pocatello, Idaho, USA, Cartier quickly took an interest in fashion. She started making dresses at the age of nine with any material she could find - from phonebook pages to holiday decorations. At this time, she also took an interest in fashion blogging and wrote articles about fashion trends for local publications. By the age of sixteen, she was showing evening wear collections at Utah Fashion Week in Salt Lake City, Utah. That same year, Cartier also competed on the second season of Project Runway: Junior.
Currently, Cartier is studying fashion design and pattern making at the École de Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, where she excels in draping and clothing construction.
